Yes, I am a big fan of Idol and as many of you must know....it's down to the final 3!! Here's why I am writing this...did you know that Elliott Yamin is Type 1 and wears a pump? (He also only has 10% hearing in one ear). I think he is a very talented singer, but of course call in my votes for him to support a fellow Type 1 kid. Go Elliott!! :cool:

We are huge fans over here, too....I had no idea about the pump on Elliot....I hadn't hear that anywhere before.....we are still getting over Chris being voted off !

Kevin Couvais (sp?), the 16 year old, who made it through about half of this season, is also a diabetic and wears a pump.

We're still trying to get over Chris getting voted off too :)

Huge AI junkie! I knew Elliot was T1, but never saw a pump. He has always had my votes. A bit sad also about Chris.
