I'm a looking for a PC program (freeware if possible!) out there that can help track dosage vs. BG number.
Data entry would be:
1 - Insulin level
2 - Activity level
3 - Carb intake
4 - BG number
5 - time/date etc.
This could help you trend doasage and long term level swings.
Anyone seen or use a program like this?
Thanks!

Try this software:
http://www.glucoseone.com/
I think it meets your requirements.

I had a look and the program didn't run to well on my PC.
But not sure if it was me or what.
I do appreciate the lead...
Thanks,
Ed

You can download from this link:
http://www.glucoseone.com/products.html
You can download a OneTouch Ultra meter or data from a PDA to this program.
Since we have an UltraSmart, I download my son's UltraSmart meter data to the OneTouch Software and export and import into GlucoseOne.

We just started using Co Pilot from Abbott Laboratories. The site is www.abbottdiabetescare.com If you have a free style flash you can get a cable through them and download your info off your meter. The co pilot was free to download and any meter can be used, you just have to enter the info in manually.
