Carelink users

Is anyone else having trouble uploading thier meter into minimed's carelink program? I cannot get our one touch ultra smart to upload anymore :mad: I got it the first time I uploaded but have not been able to get it past 1% since then. I called minimed but they said since it is not thier meter they cannot help me :(

I just uploaded yesterday but it was with our BD Link...sorry, probably not much help! :)

Thank Michelle, the BD will upload the pump and cgms but for finger pokes we really prefer the UltraSmart and just won't switch to the BD.

I just did it the day before yesterday with no problems, I'm due to do it again tonight... so I'll let you know. I know the first time seems to take FOREVER, even with high speed Internet.
We have the same meter, you have it on when you connect, correct?

Yep, I have it on :( I did it perfect the first time but after that it just wouldn't work again. Just kept saying that it cannot find the meter grrrrrrrrrr. I know I just need a new comp but dangit that is alot of work too:confused:
