How would you count the carbs for chicken fetticine alfredo? a kids portion? Have you eaten it before and how did it affect you?

Try looking it up on calorie king, if they don't have the one by that resteraunt then I'd take what they had. Try averaging it with a few others. Just make sure you check frequently.
I got an email for Carinos Italian Restaurant. From their Research Chef. He gave me carb counts for the bigkids/lunch portions of :
Spaghetti w/ meat sauce : 54.9 g.
Chicken Fettucine: 88.3 g
Italian Table Bread: 78g (for the whole loaf)
Carinos was the only one to respond to my emails.
