Just a quick note that Adam Morrison will be coming to the conference.

I can see the pickup games of basketball now ... a team with Adam and a team with Chris Dudley.

Hope the hoops can stand up to the pros.

That is AWESOME news - I had wondered if you'd try to get him involved. What will he be doing exactly?

Adam will be involved in the Family and Friends Banquet on Thursday evening and will be part of Sports Central.

We're still working out the details.

He got type 1 in jr. high I think - and had a stellar college basketball career and did well his 1st year in the NBA. We watched all the Gonzaga games we could because of him.

Since my son is 19 years old, newly diagnosed, and way into basketball, we've read all we can on Adam Morrison. Here's what was written fairly recently in Diabetes Health magazine. He's been a great role model for my son - kind of "see what you can still do" attitude/way of living.

Jesse is thrilled that there will be 2 pro players....!!
I signed him up for the basketball clinic that Chris Dudley is having on Tuesday.... He really enjoyed last summers sports central with all the basketball that went on.. ..
Did I mention that he wore out his sock after 3 hrs of continuous playing.. A nice big hole on the ball of his foot..

Stacey,

I think our boys would get along great - mine (15 and 19) love basketball. We have a half court in our backyard.

I'm totally bumming out we didn't plan on attending the conference.
