Ok so I run track for the 100m, i usually run in the 11's but today while my sugar was in 300's i ran a sluggish 12, it felt terrible especially since i had gotten a lot of help from a friend in preparation the day before. I have a small trace of key tones (which i didn't find out ill i got home after) and I know you shouldn't excersize with key tones. Can someone tell me the affects of highs and sprinting WITHOUT having keytones?? I checked google but nothing really helped. thanks
