This is awesome. You can get these on Amazon too. I am going to get the small ones for the beach and stuff and the big one in case the power would go out, for multiple vials. I have been looking all over for something like this!!

Most diabetic educators have free samples of these if you don't mind the advertising logos on the outside. I got several free that way and use them whenever I travel.

The problem we have here in Dubai is that there are no 'freebies' - however, it is fantastic that we have them here because without them it is very difficult to keep medication cool outside.
