Yippee!!!!
Even though we got "approval" from UHC many, many months ago for the CGMS, we still had to pay up front for the sensors. We've been reimbursed once (for the initial unit and sensors), and ever since then I've been fighting them to pay these claims after the fact.
I finally decided to talk to someone at MM and see if they could help me. The guy has been awesome and has called me every few days to let me know how it's progressing. He called me last Friday to say he was sure he would have an agreement in writing with UHC by this week, and he just called to say it's all done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D
MM will now bill UHC directly for the orders, (they did this once before, but UHC never paid them :mad:), and they have an agreement in writing! I no longer have to pay upfront for the sensors. I'll have a new box of 10 on my doorstep by 10am tomorrow... WOOOOO HOOOO!!
