Inhaled insulin

Has anyone tried inhaled insulin? If so, I'm interested in your thoughts on it.

i talked to a lady the other day who said her brother has started on the inhaled insulin and we doing much better. His numbers were better and he felt better.

Inhaled insulin would work well for Type 2. The long acting insulin would still need to be taken.

I was concerned on the reports of the effect on the lungs -- which cleared up when the insulin was no longer inhaled.
