Yeah, I'm so excited, and you guys all helped me get up my nerve (and practice what I was going to say) to call doc and ask him about our dd pumping. He agreed!! He said he was 'breaking' one of his rules about it, but that he knew I was willing to do the extra work that Grace isn't necessarily capable of yet.

I'm so excited! I can't wait! wonderful wonderful!

That's great! I hope it goes well for you. Do you use a pump Iana? How old is Grace?

Boo, yes I've been pumping for just over 7 years, since a couple of months before I found out I was pg with Grace. I had to use injections for most of last year, but recently got a big box of pump supplies (for my MM508) donated to me. I haven't had insurance for about 2 years, and have a tight budget, so buying my own was out of the question.

So Grace has seen both methods and she's a little unsure but I know she'll be fine with it-- she was nervous when we first switched from syringes to the Pen with her Novo.

Carrie- I just wanted to wait until school lets out for the summer, to give us extra time, etc. I suppose it may also depend on when we can do the training with the Nurse Educator. I'd like her teacher and possibly my dad/step-mom to be trained too, they all want to be.
