We are hopefully going to start pumping in the next few months.

Parker is 26 months old and attends daycare. He has 2 snacks and his lunch there.

I am just wondering how we are going to handle this. Portion out food, teach daycare workers how to count carbs ( I don't think I am too comfortable with this)...just not sure how to approach this.

Any suggestions or tips would be great.

My daughter is in kindergarten and had preschool last year. She was diagnosed Dec. 2004. I measure her snacks and lunch every day and put them in Ziploc bags. I write the carb amount for each snack on the bag. The teachers then write down what she eats, when, and how many carbs. I guess I have control issues, but it helps ensure you know what they are eating. It also helps "troubleshoot" if there are highs/lows. I have had great support with her school and preschool. :)
