I am having log-book withdrawl! I am forcing myself not to write down and graph all our numbers as we now have all that data in such a better form.

But I still feel the need to track what he eats and related doses, when we temp adjusted basal, did corrections, etc. And I also want to note somewhere when I have calibrated last so I don't have to keep going in and looking it up.

So ... my question ... how much do you write down in a day and does anyone have a good log book/sheet that they use? I saw the great excel one which seems great for extra analysis ... but I mean the one that sits on the kitchen counter for me and my husband to see as we pass management back and forth.

I actually almost never use a written log anymore! When I'm making adjustments I upload her pump/sensor data each night.

I have very detailed logs, (similar to the MM logs) that I use when she's sick or we're having major BG problems. You can download some from the MM site.

Mainly now for us, I just use a little memo book.

It's food portions and carb count and then her BG/carb/insulin given.

It seems odd to have everything else in the pump after writing down EVERYTHING the first few months!
