Using Levemir

I am seriously considering switching to Levemir but would like to hear from others that are now using it to get their thoughts and opinions as to how it works for them, what else do they use with it etc etc.

I am currently using NPH twice a day and Toronto 3 times a day. but dont feel that its working all that well for me at this time.

I have been using Levemir for 2 weeks now and wish I would have begun sooner.

Right now I do a 20 unit injection every 12 hours. Sugars are 65-100 2 hr post prandial.
