Emmalene has given herself her own shot. WOOHOO!

Actually my hand feels way better, but I didn't say anything to Emmalene. And after yesterdays two half shots (where she plunged the top down and pinched her skin) , while I held the syringe, she was ready to do her own this morning!

YEAHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Now the question is, should I pretend my hand is still sore for a coupl of days to "cement" this new skill?;)

Whooo hoooo very awsome!! Ohh i remmber when Deanna did her first shot..I would deffently keep up with the hurt hand bit....after she does it a few times herself..she will want to do it all the time

Also, I should add that you should 'make a big deal' out of it. "Oh thank you so much for helping me while I am so decapacitated.. But OMG you are doing such a good job" and here's the clincher. "I am SOOO proud of you for doing your needle by yourself!!"
