How do you do that?

after reading that article about diabetes cases doubling/lifestyle factors possibly contributing to type 1-imho this was just poorly written article.
I'm still not sure if he has his facts straight.

but anyway I've heard that virus's can lead to type 1. I firmly believe that my dd's type 1 dx was somehow linked to her scarlett fever(bacterial strep infection)

I'm wondering how many of us had major illness-viral or bacterial that preceded dx?
I'm not sure if we've done a poll on this. couldn't find it.
