bg levels good but drinking loads?

does anyone know why my little boy is drinking so much now? blood sugars are really good at the moment but he wants to drink loads of squash all of a sudden.....any thoughts?

Check for ketones....and if he is ok there, then he is probably just being a toddler. *grins* My little one goes through phases like that. You could also mention it to your doc if it still bothers you. That mother's intuition thing is always something you don't want to ignore!!!

I am still excessively thirsty 1yr after diagnosis with an A1C of 6%. I dont think it has an explanation.:confused:

Maybe a growth spurt? My kids wont always eat more, sometimes they drink more, specially milk when growing.
