our pet chipmunk. He hasn't come out of his den (? somewhere in the back yard) yet this spring. I'd never seen a chipmunk before we moved to the east coast. He's adorable. I will miss him.

We have a chipmunk that runs around our little neighborhood too! However, they're only cute until they start chewing on the wires of your car :eek:

Oh he'll be back ... along with his brothers and cousins and grandparents and aunts and uncles, well, you get the picture :cool: And if by some madness he never returns I'd be happy to send you a few of ours;)

We have black walnut trees in our yard, so we get squirrell and chipmuk parties as we call them... all the little critters from the neighborhood gather and chase each other around our yard making a HUGE mess of the walnuts... :rolleyes:

Today, while dropping off DS at school, I saw a HUGE groundhog running across the field. I'm glad we don't have those!!

We have a mole, since last year:eek: Haven't seen him/her yet, just the mole-hills! 14 last winter!:eek: Drove my dogs crazy!
We bought this vibrating-thing which supposedly makes the ground vibrate (like in an earthquake:rolleyes: (very very mild one, I would say:p)) and the mole was suppposed to leave! It didn't work.
