With the Easter and Passover season upon us, I thought I would let you all know about a scone recipe I found on the Pamela's Baking & Pancake mix bag. The scones are very, very good! So good in fact, my family loves them more than T!!! And they are easy to make--which is a huge plus! The recipe calls for currents but I've substituted dried cranberries and added orange peel. Yum!
So if you're looking for a good, GF breakfast or brunch item, I would highly recommend making these. In fact, I'm making a bunch for Easter brunch on Sunday!!
