Packing insulin for shipping?

For those who receive their insulin via mail, how is it packaged?? I need to ship some and have styrofoam packing from my pharmacist, plain white on one side, tin foil silver on the other. Which side faces in to hold the cold? Silver or white??:confused:

Silver foil will face the inside, close to the ice packs or insulin, how ever you are packing it.
