need carb info for cheese and crackers quick

Nurse just called needs carb details for the crackers that have cheese and you spread the cheese your self.. im at work.. dont have my info.. need to leave pick up kids at school.. can some one please tell me quick how many carbs they have ???

Hi, I know this is late in posting, but a great resource if you have access to the internet is www.calorieking.com (http://www.calorieking.com/). You don't have to be a member to look up info on any food. I also have their handy pocket sized book (it's about a half an inch thick), one for home and one at my son's school should a question come up and I'm not available to answer.

yeah i went on calorieking.com but i had a mommy moment and for the life of me could not remember the name " handy snacks"... The nurse also called right when i got off work... and i have not " extra" time to spare befor i have to drive on the other side of town to start picking up kids... Charlize bs was kinda low ( 77) nurse corrected but gave an extra snack and didn have the carb count on them.. I have left a book at school with the teacher.. for the as need basis, but the teacher was not in the class...

It was just on of those moments !!!

Hi Chandra,

Boy do I know those mommy moments all too well. A few weeks ago I packed the kids in the car to go buy milk. I remembered locking the front door, but when we came home, the door was wide open. I locked it, but didn't pull it shut! Sheesh!

I'm glad it all worked out and it's so nice to know we have another resource to come to for help :) This board is great!
