I signed up for it online just last friday, so today is weigh in day.
I will say it works for sure. I won't say how much I lost, but it was alot for 1 week. I know it is all from not drinking regular coke anymore, so next week probably wont be such a big lose, but it is awesome for my motivation!!!
Only 3 more lbs to go before I hit my 1st goal!

Ha ha on me! - I saw WW and thought, 'white wine? Well yeah, it works for some things..." A few too many years working as a waitress during my youth, I think:o
Glad the other WW is working out so well;)
I joined online almost 2 weeks ago also - My weigh ins are Mondays. My first week was good, I lost 5 lbs. This week so far only 1. I was kinda bummed - I understand teh first couple of weeks you tend to lose more, but to go from 5 one week and only 1 the next.... darn! I have totally got to get more exercise. Maybe I can find time at our 2:30am blood sugar checks! :)
Keep up the good work.

congrats!!
Yes, it does really work. It really changes your thoughts when it comes to eating IMHO. You learn about choices. I think as D parents, we have an idea of portion control (whether or not we choose to follow it)

Congrats! Yes, WW is very successful if you follow it properly.
It's not uncommon to have a big loss the first week, then taper down the next few. To loose 1-2lbs per week is what they prefer people to do.
oh yeh...it works if you are diligent. I've done it several times...successfully AND unsuccessfully. :p You have to be in the right frame of mind. Nobody else can lose weight for you, so the key is to be honest with yourself and diligent about keeping track.
I am now a "lifetime" member, but am currently about 5 pounds over my WW "goal" weight. I haven't actively followed the program for about 5 years now.
Good luck to you. It really is a big boost for your self-esteem, so use that momentum to your advantage. Just don't expect huge drops every week! ;)

Thats great! I had planned on starting WW on the 10th, but my doctor recommended I wait until after I see the cardiologist on the 4th to start any dieting. As long as that appointment goes well, I will be joining after that.
