My brain is soooo tired, I cannot remember at this very moment how to calculate a correction factor. Please if anyone knows ?????

her correction a few months ago was 15 but I think it needs to be changed. Is it the BS-2=divided by 15?

bg - target = x

x divided by insulin sensitivity factor ( how much one unit will bring down) = correction.

I did that a few weeks into dx, and had to find our orders from dx to get it, lol.

One ~recent ~good study showed that correction factors of people with good control is roughly equal to their carb factor times 4.44

YMMV.
