landlord/electrician update

The landlord came by thursday to get the rent and said the electrician will be here tommorrow to fix what could be fixed. I had to cancel one of my appointments but I can deal with that. They surprising thing to both me and DH was that she was very nice. DH even asked me after she left if that was the same person. So we will see what happens tommorrow.

Maybe the Ghost of Christmas Past visited her!!! LOL That's good she's making some effort. I hope it's a quick fix...but a complete fix.

I just hope that she will renew a lease for us after all thisis said and done.

Oh my gosh, I am so happy to hear this. Knowing how loyal you are to her "rent", she just might. Maybe she finally knew she was in the wrong. I am so hoping and praying that this will workout for all of you.

I think she probably realizes that it's going to be tough to rent the place out as it is, and wants to keep you as a renter.
