If you have UnitedHealth Care and were approved for the Navigator, which DME supplied it? Thanks.

Edgepark....Congratulations on getting approval. Make sure you download the CoPilot software I uploaded because the software has not been released yet in the US.

Sometimes, United will ask for the doctor's clinical notes every three months. Just be ready to order early, or you might have problems. I am out of sensors now, basically because my doctor's office is incompetent and will not send the notes for somebody in a cubicle who works for the insurance company.

I think it's time to switch doctors.

UHC Choice Plus Plan. Navigator was approved and supplied by Byram Healthcare. Since switched to UHC Florida Choice...and I have no idea if and how much they will cover....

Abbott initally said it was approved. Then Byram said it was not. Abbott is investigating..was supposed to get back to me today. I'll call Monday.

They did that to me too. when initially obtaining the Navigator.

They're going to have to get it authorized by a person, which takes up to 48 hours. They will probably request doctor's notes, too. But, it is easy to get approved with UHC.

They also do not send the shipment until they get the approval in writing.
