We just started pumping with omnipod last friday, and my son loves it! Twice now, we have noticed a slight bit of moisture, more like condensation, on the inside of the "window" at the front of the pod. His blood sugars are in range, and I don't think it is insulin, but I can't find anything about this in the literature. Anyone have any ideas? I think it is condensation from sweating or something like that, and is probably harmless, but I'm looking for other users with ideas. Thanks.

Hi Susan, welcome to CWD!

Did you call Omnipod Customer Service about this? They may be able to put your mind at ease quickly...

I am no expert, but we have been Omnipodding for a year and my daughter gets moisture in the window from time to time and it seems harmless. I have not figured out when or why it happens, but it hasn't caused any problems so far. I hope it continues to go well for you!

This is no big deal. When I trialed the OmniPod the lady that set my pump up told me it was just water or sweat that just evaporated inside the window. It does no harm.
