It was very yummy, Kaylee loved it!! I found bread that she absolutely loves, its called millet and sweet brown rice bread from Abigail's bakery here in NH.. she does have a website and will ship out..
but I took this bread and cut it into cubes, spread it on tinfoil, drizzled oil over it and put Italian spices with garlic and onions on it, I toasted it for about 1/2hr or so in a low temp oven. While that was toasting I sauteed onions, celery, and green peppers, that were finely chopped, in butter, I also added Italian seasoning to this as well as some garlic.. when everything was close to being done I boiled 2 cans of Swanson's chicken broth (gluten free) with some butter.. I combined the bread, sauteed items and chicken broth (I only used enough to moisten it.. I didn't use both cans) until it was moist.. I threw it back in the oven to cook a bit longer.. it was very yummy.. we had a huge family thanksgiving and everyone enjoyed it.. :)
