Thanks Monica for pointing me to the Abbott Germany website. :cwds:

I just downloaded both kids Navigators!!!! Doing the happy dance..:p

This is what I had to do to get it to work.

I tried downloading both the Copilot 4.0 International version and the Navigator software on one laptop with a 'built-in' bluetooth. It found the receiver but timed out trying to download. Couldn't get it to work.

On my XP laptop , I bought a Kensington USB Adapter 2.0 from Best Buy. On sale for $18.99.:)

I installed it(bluetooth) with the CD. I had already downloaded the Navigator software from the German website and installed it.
http://www.abbottdiabetes-care.de/produkte/datenmanagement/diabetesmanagement.htm

I DID NOT install the International version of Copilot. Although , it should work with the 4.0. My Copilot is the 3.XX US version that downloads Cozmo that I already had.
It seemed to install fine. I can choose Navigator in my Copilot drop down menu, along with Cozmo or another other Abbott meter.

I set the default device as my Navigator. Hit read on Copilot then set the receiver to Upload. It got all my data back to the beginning of using the Navigator on 8/11 !!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

I wonder if I used my new bluetooth USB on the laptop with the Copilot 4.0 and Navigator software it may have worked.? But.. I wanted to still have the function I have today of downloading my Cozmo into Copilot. I love seeing the data together. I wonder if in Europe they don't download their Cozmos into Copilot??

I just downloaded the information from the Dexcom software today and it is unbelievable the amount of information you get from it. One graph shows the average of the last 14 days done by time of day and I can clearly see she drops just before 6:00 am drastically and again at 2:00pm drastically. I knew about the 2:00 pm one and have been working on trying to correct this. I printed off three reports to fax to my doctor and was so impressed with these reports. Each one has a cover page with the name of the graph and Confidential on it. The next page has all of my daughter's contact information and then the following pages are the reports printed out in a easy to understand format. It was hard to understand and see things on the computer screen, but once I printed them out, I saw right away what I needed to work on. I don't usually send stuff to the doctor anymore, but I have sent this information to him and I would love to see what he has to say. Way to go Dexcom on having a great software.

That's great Tracy, at least yours shipped with software!
Maybe Navigator will ship their software soon.
I figure out how to post some of my Copilot Navigator software and some with the Cozmo insulin data. Love it.
