Raw vegetables are nutritious. This is one of my kids' favorite ways to eat a raw veggie. :)
2 C. apples grated
2 C. carrots grated
Mix together and pour over apples and carrots. I have this juice mixture ready to pour over the apples/carrots so there is no "browning" due to oxidizing.
1/4 C. lemon juice
2 T. orange juice
2-3 T. sugar ( this is optional, if you choose just add the sugar "to taste")
