HI

I will be getting a new pump.FINALLY !! LOL. I will prob be getting the a paradigm 722 as that has a bigger reservoir. If i get that pump will i be able to upgrade my pump (put software on it) so it will work with the Continuous Glucose Monitoring System. So if i look at my pump. I can c what my blood sugars are and have a graph etc. Iv tried website but not much luck .

any help appreciated

Cant advise you as we dont know that much about the pump yet as Jack is due to start on the MM end of the month, just wanted to wish you luck!!

The MiniMed Paradigm 522 and 722 come with the CGMS capability software already, whether you choose to use it or not. To use the CGMS, you must purchase the transmitter and sensors that you will need to use. A starter pack is about $900, I believe, so getting insurance coverage is best because the sensors are an ongoing cost.
