Hi - my son's cgm does not want to follow the calibration number we enter...if we reset to 5mmol the pump resets to about 7 and no lower...equally if we reset to higher numbers the pump will not reset high enough. Has any one else had these problems? This is a new sensor so I am thinking it is most likely a sensor problem? would be good to hear any suggestions, many thanks!
