We had strange problems today. I inserted a new sensor last night and today after the second calibration it just went to dashes like there was no sensor. The sensor was still in and not pulled out. There was no error messages like did you remove the sensor. I had one sensor left in the box and tried to insert that one. It never reconized that there was a sensor. It never asked if I inserted a new sensor and the sensor code. I slid the transmitter off and re clicked it . Nothing. I have a spare transmitter from Abbott and I put new batteries in it and unlinked the old one and linked the other transmitter. Reconnected the receiver and transmitter and then unclicked and reclicked the transmitter. Never knew a sensor was there. That was my last sensor. Abbott is replacing both sensors. I will not know if I can get it to work until Tuesday when I get two boxes of sensors plus the two replacements from Abbott. I was cutting it close with sensor supply . I won't do that again. I hope it was just a bad batch of sensors. I don't think it was the transmitter because I tried two different ones.

Wow that stinks! Glad to hear that Abbott is replacing both sensor. We have not had this problem so far... Our biggest issue remains the tape situation and probe irritation....

Well, good news. We got new sensors and we didn't have a problem starting the sensors this time. Don't know if I'll ever know what happened to the other sensor.
