until I get my MODY results back? It's been forever (ok its only felt that way:rolleyes:) it's probably been I don't know exactly, no more than 2 months. But I'm starting to get impatient ~I want to know and I want to know NOW what kind of diabetes I have. I mean come on, it's been almost 3 years since diagnosis. my sister tells me that knowing doesn't really change anything and she is right, butit will atleast bring me peace of mind. I mean if I have to have D, then I just wanna know what Type I DO have.
Sorry:o I guess I'm just a little frustrated here. Just needed to vent:(

Oh I really hope I don't have to wait THAT long Jess. By that time it will be like 4 years, no joke. Gosh I'm really not liking this at the moment. grrr:(
How come they tested you for MODY anyway? And were your signs just the hyperactive (?) hyoglacemia (sp?)?

They tested me for MODY because they had no sweet clue what was going on.
The signs for reactive hypoglycemia is droping like a rock after eating carbs totally not connected to MODY not sure what it is really in connection to directions and teh pancreas. I have the MODY gene as well so my pancreas is just messed

Kier apparently they had the MODY results way back before 10 months I just never asked holy wow!
