Meter needed

Hi...
I am search in a couple of meters. If anyone has the accu-chek avia that you are not using I would be more than happy to take it off your hands :D. We have switched and love it but we only have one. I also have a bunch of onetouch meters that we are not using so I could trade or just let me know if anyone is in need of some onetouch meters. TIA:)! Beth

Beth, when you buy 100 strips, your pharmacy should be able to give you another. I get free meters with every 100 strips untill I have as many as I need. You can also call Roche, they're excellant about those things. They'll probably at least send you a coupon.

Just call the accucheck avivia they sent me my second one for free plus the software for my computer all for free. I love this meter We had switched from the onetouch also. Plus I love the stickers to put on the meter.
Tell them you are interested in getting a second meter for your child for school (or whatever the reason) and they should offer it to you for free and then just mention you are interested in getting the software so you can download the bs results and they should offer that to you also for free. OR at least that is how it went for us (THank GOd) I felt really blessed that day. Good Luck.
