We just got back from Disney World, and I just have to say they are awesome in dealing with food issues. We stayed at Pop Century. Their food court had several gf options including fruit and brownies. Every place we went to eat the chef would come out and let us know what was safe on the menu or buffet and what gf options they had that were not listed on the menu. Amy's pizza and mac and cheese and Ian's waffles were almost always available as well as gf buns for subs, hamburgers and hot dogs. Tony's (think Lady and the Tramp) even had spaghetti and meatballs. Our dd had rolls with every dinner, and there were always CHOICES!!
And best of all - she did not have a stomach ache the entire week!!
I love Mickey Mouse!!

Disney is just an amazing place (http://forums.glutenfree.com/topic5517.html) for those with food issues! A GF Nirvana ;) We were there in April 2007 - it was great - can't wait to go back.

Glad you had such a great time! :)

I have heard great things about WDS. Always good to hear more and more. We hope to try it again (now gf) in the coming year or so.

Thanks for posting this! T is only 3 but in a few years, I'm sure we'll be heading down to Disney again. I am so happy to hear that they are so accomodating!
