A33 error message in Paradigm 512

Has anybody encounterred this error?
It'snot that big of a concern i guess, despite this users's opinion:

"If you look up in the forum, I am not the only one who met a A33 error message from a Paradigm 712 pump. I believe this model has a problem. "

I have heard that if you call MM and tell them you got that error, they will replace the pump.
