What is the upper limit of normal for the lab performing your A1C test?
The lab we did our 1st test 3 months after dx says their normal range is 4.4-6.7
ADA says an A1c should be less than 1% above the upper limit of normal for the lab performing the test. It's somehow not tight enough though.
