Dexcom Coverage - External Appeal

[Six Until Me]

Hi guys. I don't post very often, but I'm in a bit of a sticky situation. I have Oxford Health here in CT and I've exhausted all of my internal appeals for my Dexcom 7 CGM. I'm now moving forward with the external appeal, but I'm not really sure what I'm doing.

Has anyone appealed and won approval? I'd appreciate any help you can give!!
