It's kind of scary...I'm afraid to look at the stuff around the house...I'm sure most of the bad stuff is in it, creams, etc.:eek:

Have you read The Dinner Diaries by Betsy Block? It's all about trying to eat right--with a large dose of reality thrown in! I just got it this weekend and really enjoyed it.
