Quilt for Life - Emotional

I just got back from Washington DC yesterday. My family & I were down for the weekend. We went to see the quilt on Monday morning. We took the time to look at and read each quilt square. HOW AMAZING and EMOTIONAL!

We were lucky enough to get a representative from our Congressman's office to meet us there for pictures. We were even able to get Jeff to meet us so that he could be in the pictures as well.

Thank you, Jeff, and all of the volunteers. It was a great display. Our Congressman's representative was very impressed and interested in learning more. He even took the time after he left us to walk amongst all of the squares to learn more.

Thanks for asking. I'm not sure I know how to do that. I'm actually having trouble with my computer. As soon as I get the pictures onto my computer, I will certainly try.

I saw the quilts on Sunday. It was amazing to see all the different quilts and all the time that went into the display. And I got to meet Jeff. Thanks to everyone for their hard work!

We seen the quilts on Monday...it was very emotional for me, more so than the rest of my family. Seeing all those quilts at one time really got to me.

Jeff, I didn't get a chance to talk to you/meet you but I wanted to tell you THANK YOU and THANK YOU to all the volunteers.
