Freestyle Promise Program

Hello, I just recently joined this forum because I was searching the internet for any information I could find on the program and I saw a lot of questions posted on this site.

I work in the Freestyle Promise Program and I would like to offer my help with any questions people may have regarding the co-pay discounts, or how the program works.

For now I guess a quick overview would suffice.

The Freestyle Promise Program is a free program that Abbott Diabetes is offering its customers. There are two specific benefits to the program:

1 - Co-pay assistance card that can help patients save up to $25 dollars on an order of 50 test strips, and up to $50 dollars on an order of 100 or more strips.

2 - Freestyle Promise Membership that offers free meter upgrades, battery replacement reminders, special offers, supply ordering and locating assistance, training, and support.


These benefits are provided to Abbott customers absolutely free of charge with enrollment in the program.

Thanks! I am going to sign up now! My daughter has been using the Freestyle meters since dx at age 10 months. Every time we tried a new brand/kind, it just couldn't stand up to the quality that Freestyle delivers every time! We love the lights too!!! With testing up to 8 times a day or more, I hope this program can save us $$. Thanks for your assistance! Robin

The Freestyle Flash is the only meter we use at night--the striplight and back light are the best ever. We already use the Promise program and it is great!!
