Bet you never thought you would read a post called that huh :D
Kylee has a friend staying with us for the next few days. All day long they begged and pleaded to please, please, please have Kid Cuisine tv dinners for dinner tonight. As a general rule I hate tv dinners and rarely buy them, I think they are gross. But tonight I gave in and got them chicken nugget Kid Cuisines. Kylee wont eat corn unless its on a cob, and this one had corn included in the carb count. She wanted to take the corn out frozen rather than cook it, so she came in and asked if she could get rid of her corn cube. She and her friend found that to be the funniest thing on earth, so all night Ive been hearing about the corn cube. Anyway, she came in to ask me how to figure out the carb count, minus the corn then she yelled that she had a great idea, she would just weigh her corn cube on the Salter Scale. That caused a whole new round of giggles from the kitchen of course. They also decided to weigh each frozen thing before cooking them, add them up, and see if the package was right in its carb count. Then they decided to check a few drinks to see what their blood sugar was too. Who said diabetes couldnt be fun?
