Okay so b4 i went to diabtes camp recently. i always had high bs's. no matter what i did but anyway if i took my lantus with my bs above 300 it would make me sick. sometimes it would make me throw up and just feeling really bad? Was that normal? But now since my bs is undercontrol it doesn't make me sick anymore? Please help!

Hmm...I have never heard of that happening before. Lantus makes my best friend sick though, even when her blood sugar is normal.

I had a skin reaction to my first 60 doses or so of Lantus, and while it's true that my control got better, I think the bigger difference was that my body simply acclimated to Lantus.
