Pump says locked - how to I fix that? DH and DS in Denver at a game and are having trouble.
I think you push both the up and down arrows at the same time. (I just learned this at pump class today, so I hope someone else chimes in to confirm.)

Thank you so much! They are a thousand miles from home in the snack bar line at the Denver Rockies game. That worked! Stress gone for now! Thanks again and again for our quick response.
