i'm planning on trying out for cheerleading at my highschool this coming school year.
of course i'll take off the pump and stuff, and i'll try to have my bs high before the game starts or whatever.
but does anybody have any tips for me?

Well I am a gymnast and train atleast 16 hours a week. I don't ever go low while I am working out but you may be different! ;)

wow, haha, that's a lot. i usually don't go low either when i'm cheerleading [:

Hey lol im dana. im a gymnast (tumbler), competitive cheerleader, and a varsity cheerleader. I keep my bs just regular before games and i check it at halftime and if its low i go get sum fries or something, but before i start cheerleading regarudless what my bs is i eat 2 glucose tablets and i keep the rest in my sports bra incase i need them while the game is going on. that always works for me :)
