I'm still in shock, but my husband actually volunteered to help do more around the house to help me with household chores. I told him that I've been feeling stressed out and tired all the time, and he came up with this on his own! All I have to do is fill in the day and check off the boxes that I need help with. He said he'd rather I write down what I want him to do instead of complaining when I don't get enough help. Works for me...

Well, I should add that he is at a company boondoggle (sp?) BBQ/Guitar Hero tournament thing tonight, so the To Do list will have to resume tomorrow. He did complete all his "tasks" last night though without me having to nag. Yippee!

Oh he is a keeper!! can he teach "other" (OK....MINE!!) to do this too? I like the idea of a Honey Do list....your husband is a very thoughtful man...and you are one lucky lady!
Im a little jealous now ..lol

We've been married for almost 11 years, and I think this is the most romantic thing he's done for me. This will rack him up some Brownie Points. :)

Cool. (Hint: do not fill in everything and laminate it.)

Yes, that's the hard part. Restraining myself from filling in all the check boxes for one night.

Ah, but for a joke it would be funny; just to see what he says. Dont forget to put BACK RUB or FOOT RUB on your list. :D

Back rub always turns into something else ;), so nope
Foot rub - I'm really, really ticklish. I cannot stand to have my feet touched.
Good idea to throw in something purely for relaxation - maybe child-free walking/gardening/bubble bath time? Might be pushing it there though...

Um, make sure you give him a reward;) You definately want to encourage THAT kind of behavior:p
