A what's for dinner thread?

Does anyone want to do a What's for dinner thread?
I always find new ideas reading about what other people eat.
Just post what you had or will have for dinner and recipes if applicable.

Tonight my husband made dinner. He made a pork loin roast on the BBQ with sone kind of rub on it (I didn't have any although it smelled good) and a couscous salad with diced peppers, carrots, onions and cherry tomatoes.

Last night was turkey meatballs in a lemon garlic cream sauce with new red potatoes, and sugar snap peas with red peppers. Side salad of mixed greens and tomatoes.

We are going to grill chicken tonight. We are having Greek Vegetables on the grill too.

We will be having baked chicken (pick of the chick was on sale this week) with sweet potatos and probably califlower and brocolli.
