Emergency Supply List

We just enrolled our son in Pre-k, and we have to put together a 3 day emergency supply bag. I was wondering what everybody put in their bag for food? Our info sheet from the school sugested we have a breakfest, lunch, dinner meal and snacks between each, plus a bedtime snack. That seems like a LOT of food. I allready have some ideas, like crackers jerky etc. I mainly was wondering about meals. Any coments would be appreciated. Thanks

I keep an emergency bag in my car. I have a meter (ready to go with strips and extra lancets), a large bottle of glucose tabs, 100 cal packs, apple juice juice boxes, extra syringes, a bottle of water, crystal light on the go pack, $5 incase of an emergency (like needing food or something). I dont know if that is what your looking for, but anything he will eat that will stay. Also, keep rotating the stuff in it so nothing goes bad.
