My DD Kaley is 12 and was diagnosed with type 1 on April fools day this year:( We are getting through pretty good. We have had a few rough patches in the past few weeks too. She is honeymooning right now though. I think we may have to adjust her novolog again. I am calling with her numbers tomorrow. I have been lurking quite bit because I wasn't sure where to just jump in at. My other 3 girls will be tested in June and my son is to young. Anywasy, I just wanted to say HI!:D and Thanks for all of this info! I really love this place!

Sorry about Kaleys diagnosis. :( I'm glad you found this forum and have decided to post. No need to rush in if you aren't ready, but anytime you feel ready to jump in just let us know.
