Elizabeth Hasselbeck has Celiac disease

Just read that in an article. It didn't say if she had diabetes too.

No, as far as I know it is just celiac. She spoke of it on the view on a few occasions, I think. I saw a show on some cable channel where the host throws parties...he was doing her baby shower and they were planning on gluten free food.

I doubt she has Diabetes....Sherri talks about her Type 2 a lot and there is no way Elizabeth would keep quiet if she had Type 1.....there would be a lot of talk about it and the differences......

She does not have diabetes..I read an interview with her some time ago and she talked about something being wrong with her and she didn't know what it was until she was dx with celiac. So if it was diabetes...they would have found that too.

the other day she spoke about her grandma, who is a diabetic for over 40 years. The grandma was admitted to the hospital and they screwed up her file and gave her the medication from another patient, but not the insulin!! She said that it is very important to always check at hospitals, that everything is done for the patient as they supposed to. Her grandma is fine now.
