Senate Bill 509 is just sitting in the Education Committee basically forgotten. It is set to expire this November. This is a VERY important bill to us parents of T1 diabetes. It is not enough to call your local senator. Chances are they haven’t even seen this bill or heard about it. We need to contact members of the Education Committee and ask them to get this moved out of committee and on its way to being passed.
